These Terms govern your use of the Site only. Client services are governed by a separate written agreement between Perclick and the client. Where the two conflict, the service agreement takes precedence.
Perclick is a performance marketing agency providing paid advertising management across platforms including Meta and Google. Information on this Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute an offer, a guarantee of results, or a binding agreement to provide services.
Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including your offer, pricing, website, sales process, market conditions, competition, seasonality, and the policies and algorithms of advertising platforms.
Any results, metrics, or case studies described on this Site reflect outcomes achieved for specific clients under specific conditions. They are not a promise, projection, or guarantee that you will achieve similar results.
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, layout, design, and code — is owned by Perclick or licensed to us, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and share the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from any part of it without our prior written permission.
"Perclick" and our logo are our trademarks. Third-party names and marks appearing on this Site, including Meta and Google, belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation unless expressly stated.
You agree not to use the Site in any unlawful manner; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems; introduce malicious code or interfere with the Site's operation; scrape, harvest, or extract data by automated means without permission; or misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.
The Site links to third-party services, including our scheduling platform. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Site shall not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100), or the amount you have paid us for services in the preceding twelve months, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Perclick and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may modify these Terms at any time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the date it was last updated. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Alberta, Canada, for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
