This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have over it. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and, where applicable to visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our website or services.
Information you give us directly. When you book a call, submit a form, or email us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, website URL, and any details you choose to share about your business or advertising accounts.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we may automatically collect your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and time spent on the site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Client account data. If you become a client, we may access your advertising accounts, analytics platforms, and related business data in order to deliver our services. This access is granted by you and can be revoked by you at any time.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16.
Where GDPR applies, we process personal information on the following bases: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time; the performance of a contract when you engage our services; and our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving our business, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
We use the information we collect to respond to your enquiries and schedule consultations; to deliver, manage, and report on advertising services; to operate, maintain, and improve our website; to send service-related communications and, where you have opted in, occasional marketing emails; to measure the performance of our own advertising; and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.

We share personal information only in the following circumstances: with service providers who help us operate our business, such as hosting, scheduling, analytics, and email providers, and who are bound to protect it; with advertising platforms as necessary to deliver client campaigns; where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case you will be notified.
We work with clients and service providers in multiple countries. Your information may therefore be stored or processed outside Canada, including in the United States and the European Union. Where information is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives a comparable level of protection.
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Enquiry and prospect data is typically retained for up to 24 months from last contact. Client records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for a period afterwards as required for tax and legal purposes.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you; to request correction of inaccurate information; to request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention requirements; to withdraw consent at any time; and to opt out of marketing communications.
